We're looking for an experienced Lead Administrator to join a growing Occupational Health team in Manchester.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys taking ownership, supporting a team and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Working closely with the Occupational Health Manager, you'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the administrative function, making sure client SLAs and KPIs are achieved while supporting the wider team with quality, performance and service delivery.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting and guiding a team of Occupational Health Administrators
• Monitoring individual and team KPIs and ensuring SLAs are consistently achieved
• Holding regular catch-ups, 1-1s and performance reviews with team members
• Carrying out quality assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Working closely with the Occupational Health Manager to identify areas for improvement
• Supporting with client queries, complaints and service issues
• Liaising with employers, employees and Occupational Health practitioners to ensure a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

You'll ideally have a strong background in administration, customer service or service delivery, with experience taking on additional responsibility within a team. Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial, but strong transferable experience is also valuable.

You'll be organised, confident communicating with different stakeholders and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines and service levels is important.
