Location: Central Manchester (Fully Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £27,000 basic + Guaranteed Commission + Uncapped Commission
Earnings: £45,000 OTE (Year 1) | Top Performers £70,000+

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Generation: Identify and initiate contact with new business opportunities through targeted outbound calls, emails, and professional networks.
• Appointment Setting: Engage directly with business owners and senior decision-makers to pitch our solutions and secure high-value appointments.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively build, nurture, and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to booking.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and performance targets.
• Client Relationships: Build strong, credible rapport with prospective clients to lay the groundwork for long-term business partnerships.

• Background: A recent graduate or an individual with experience in fast-paced environments like hospitality, retail, telesales, door-to-door sales, or lead generation.
