A unique opportunity to join an existing HR Consultancy as HR Consultant to help further develop a Division within this well-regarded HR Consultancy team to focus within either the Education or Health Sector.

Salary up to £60k + Benefits.

Manchester base - 2 days in the office or some travel to clients and 3 days working from home per week. .

Reporting into and working closely with the Senior HR Consultant, as the HR Consultant you will help develop a client base and then provide the full range of generalist support to your clients. As HR Consultant you will partner with Senior Stakeholders within your client group and support and guide through complex Employee Relations, restructuring, redundancies and TUPE. You will be working with Unions throughout these processes.

As HR Consultant you will demonstrate tenacity and drive and most likely have come from a HR Business Partnering role where you are used to developing strong stakeholder relations across a number of individuals.
