Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Location: Remote
Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Due to continued growth and an increasing project workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer to join their established team

Requirements for the role of a Senior Geotechnical Engineer:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology or a related discipline
* Chartered status (or working towards Chartership) with a relevant professional body
* Extensive experience within a geotechnical design consultancy environment
* Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation design and earthworks engineering
* Experience using geotechnical design software and numerical modelling packages
* Proven ability to manage projects and mentor junior engineers
* Excellent report-writing and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and experience liaising directly with clients
* Full UK driving licence preferred
