What You'll Do

• Develop and execute control test plans.
• Assess the design and operational effectiveness of controls.
• Identify control gaps and evaluate remediation efforts.
• Report findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain assurance documentation and support knowledge sharing.
• Monitor regulatory developments and controls-testing best practice.
• Strengthen controls, improve procedures and streamline processes, with occasional travel to London and Dublin.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in risk, controls, audit, governance or compliance within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of operational risk, control frameworks and controls testing.
• Experience assessing control design and operational effectiveness.
• Background in internal or external audit, controls assurance or second-line risk.
• Strong analytical, report-writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Experience in asset management, regulatory operations or operational resilience; data analytics and technology controls testing are advantageous.
