Deciding whether to move roles this time of year can be tricky, however settling in to a well-supported, and flexible team now will mean you can enjoy a long contract with us well into the rest of 2026 with the prospect of being extending another 6 months!
Leaders in Care understands social work can never really be a 3-month assignment and we’ve tailored our contracts to enable stability to give you a platform to really impact the children and families you’d be working with.
That being said, a small local authority in Greater Manchester needs an experienced Duty & Assessment social worker, in return you’ll have access to up to date equipment to enable you to work on the go and remotely.
The authority has a small catchment area, which given the cost of fuel should come in handy for those local to the Manchester area.
Aside from this you will be awarded with a generous pay-rate which is further topped up with Leaders in Care’s exclusive loyalty bonus.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
