The role:

There’s a lot of variety here, and you’ll get a real insight into how a business works from the inside. You’ll be supporting all the departments within the company, with a focus on the business administration but exposure to customer support, as well as finance and operations.

It’s a chance to build experience across different areas early in your career and see how they fit together. The company knows this is likely to be your first job, so you’ll have a structured training plan, a dedicated mentor and someone on hand to answer your questions as you learn.

You don’t need previous experience. The right attitude and a willingness to learn matter most.

Who this would suit:

You’ll be organised, communicate well and be able to keep on top of a few things at once. The role will be busy, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that and happy to get involved where needed.

Your degree will ideally be in a business or professional services subject, with a grade 2.1 and above.
