Your new company
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a busy commercial property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled plumber with a strong background in reactive and planned maintenance.
Initially 12 weeks then week by week to cover long term sick.

Your new role

• Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing leaks and plumbing faults
• Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks and associated sanitary ware
• Unblocking sinks, toilets and waste pipework
• Repairing and replacing pipework, valves and fittings
• Completing general plumbing repairs throughout commercial premises
• Identifying faults and carrying out appropriate remedial works
• Responding efficiently to maintenance requests
• Working independently and alongside other maintenance trades
• Ensuring work areas are left clean, tidy and safe

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Plumber
• Experience within commercial buildings, facilities management or property maintenance preferred
• Recognised plumbing qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent desirable
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills

We are looking for someone who is reliable, experienced and confident carrying out day-to-day plumbing maintenance in occupied commercial environments. You should be comfortable dealing with both planned works and unexpected reactive repairs.
