Your new role

We're looking for a seasoned Transfer Pricing professional ready to lead with purpose and drive strategic impact. As a Senior Director, you will be working with a vastly experienced Managing Director for Transfer Pricing, who has an impressive track record advising leading tech companies, mid-cap businesses and large corporates alike. The team is highly profitable with a strong pipeline of work coming through, and we're looking for a senior individual who is capable of winning, upselling and delivering on complex Transfer Pricing projects.

You will be working closely with the M&A team looking at opportunities to deliver on transactions and post-deal activity in the mid-cap market, working in a performance-driven environment, with full autonomy on the projects you're working on.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a pragmatic and performance-driven individual, capable of working independently to deliver on work and identify opportunities to upsell.

What you'll get in return

You can expect a salary of between £120,000 and £150,000 per annum, plus bonus, taking your OTE from £200,000 to £220,000. You will be working in a performance-driven environment where you're not constantly being asked to jump through hoops, or just churn out work, through a straightforward Partner process.
