Are you a PPM Engineer, Fabric Engineer or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a mobile role across the North West?

We are recruiting for a PPM Engineer to join a growing maintenance team, carrying out planned maintenance and compliance checks across a portfolio of commercial sites.

This is a varied role covering HVAC PPMs, water hygiene, emergency lighting, basic M&E checks and general fabric maintenance.

The Role

As a PPM Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

• Basic HVAC maintenance and filter cleans/changes

• Emergency lighting checks and testing

• Water temperature monitoring and flushing

• Water hygiene and Legionella-related checks

• General mechanical and electrical checks

• Minor fabric and building maintenance

• Identifying and reporting remedial works

• Completing PPM records and job sheets

• Liaising with customers and site contacts

What We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience as a:

PPM Engineer | Fabric Engineer | Maintenance Engineer | Multi-Skilled Engineer | Building Maintenance Engineer | Facilities Maintenance Engineer

You should ideally have:

• Previous FM, PPM or building maintenance experience

• Good general knowledge of building services

• Basic HVAC knowledge

• Water hygiene / Legionella experience beneficial

• Emergency lighting experience beneficial

• General M&E knowledge

• Good practical maintenance skills

• Full UK driving licence

You don't need to be a fully qualified electrician or HVAC engineer. We're looking for someone with a good all-round maintenance background who is comfortable carrying out routine PPM and compliance tasks.
