French Speaking Customer Service Advisor - #2126127

French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, Manchester City Centre based.

Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours per week – with an early Friday Finish.

£30,000.00 - £32,000.00 DOE

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor

• Manage incoming calls and emails from French speaking customers and Sales Managers
• Respond to website and inbox queries professionally and efficiently
• Process orders from French speaking countries
• Support order processing for other markets during busy periods
• Book pallets and parcels via courier systems when required
• Collaborate with internal departments on occasional tasks and projects

Essentials as a Customer Service Advisor

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Export/ Customer Service role, with familiarity exporting products
• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, CRM systems, or SAP will prove a strong advantage
