Housing Officer - #2126007

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 2-3 month temporary assignment in Manchester

As the Housing Officer your working conditions will be hybrid with a mixture of working from home, out on patch and in the office. 2-3 days in the office/on patch

The role as Housing Officer primarily involves:

- Completing Tenancy visits

- Collating info and data and adding to the system/reporting back to the team

- Carrying out property inspections checking for any issues across the patch

- Reporting any issues back to the team offering advice where necessary
