Billing Manager - #2112898

You will be working for a well established business with huge growth plans over the next 12-18 months.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Manchester city centre, with flexibility on start and finish times, along with a hybrid working policy that allows you to work two days per week from home. The aim of this job is to take ownership of the end-to-end billing operations for accommodation and travel services, while leading a team of three direct reports and overseeing a total of 35 staff within the billing function. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate supplier payments and client invoicing, implementing robust controls to maintain compliance, resolving escalated billing queries, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

To be considered, you must have demonstrated success in leading large transactional teams, ideally within a shared service environment. You should also have extensive expertise in Accounts Receivable/Payable processes, a strong customer-centric approach, and over five years of accounting experience gained through hands-on practice or formal qualifications.
