We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Advisor to join a fast-paced, growing organisation. This is a key role within the HR function, working closely with managers and stakeholders across the business to provide expert guidance on all aspects of people management.

This position would suit a hands-on HR professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with contributing to wider people strategy and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and investigations
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Support performance management and development planning cycles
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives and track completion
  • Maintain accurate HR records and produce regular people metrics and reports
  • Review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and clear communication
  • Support change management activities including restructures and consultations
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with HR projects, reporting, and company-wide activities
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practice

About You

  • Proven experience in a HR generalist or HR Business Partner role within a busy environment
  • CIPD Level 3 (or above)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confident handling sensitive employee relations matters
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience using HR systems and producing people data/metrics

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced business
  • Exposure to organisational change or transformation projects
  • Involvement in engagement and wellbeing initiatives
