Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Duty/MASH Team in St Helens Council.
We require an experienced social worker to join a dynamic team of social workers/social care assessor to support adults with learning disability. Individuals need to be able to work in a busy environment and offer support to their peer group whilst taking their own initiative on case progression.
