Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 plus commission.

Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves

• Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
• Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
• Handling in bound leads through various property portals.
• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
• Generate and negotiate offers to get sales and lets agreed.

• Previous sales experience.
• Has a natural selling ability.
• Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
