Overseeing technical quality, compliance, and service delivery

Monitoring and improving departmental KPIs and financial performance

Playing a key role in the firms wider leadership and strategic planning

Managing a reduced caseload

• Who are we looking for?
  
  

Significant Grade A experience in Court of Protection Property & Affairs

Prior experience managing people (even if not formally in a HoD role)

A natural leader - confident, commercially aware, and supportive

Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels

Ambition to shape and grow a high-performing department
