Candidate profile

The ideal candidate profile would be comprised of the following attributes

• Senior-level Management Consulting experience in supply chain operations and in particular in SC planning


• Strong technical expertise in SAP IBP with a successful history of delivering SCM transformation using IBP as the enabling platform


• Understanding and experience in most areas of SC namely Source, Make, Deliver and Return


• Proven experience in managing senior Client business stakeholders (COO/CIO -1)


• Candidate should have good knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, control tower, S&OP side challenges and set up and in particular with respect to SAP IBP ideally in Consumer Products Sector


• Highly innovative and impact thinking in both business operating model transformation and technology


• Experienced and comfortable in leading consulting engagements end to end with minimal supervision


• Effective communication – written, presentation and verbal


• Ability to prepare and lead client workshops, capture, document, analyse, and communicate information obtained during the workshop


• Self-starter, passionate about results and a team player


• The following will be advantageous but not necessary:


• Good understanding of other supply chain planning tools and technologies available in the market e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, Oracle, O9 etc


• Knowledge of SAP APO/ SAP MM processes and their set up


• Understanding of analytics at item level and use / application of advanced analytics concepts such as AI ML clustering, mix optimisation or anomaly detection


• Understanding of latest technologies to improve SC visibility such as blockchain, RFID, DDMRP


• Able to independently analyse large datasets using established tools such as Power BI, R, SQL etc and derive insights which are both defendable in Client presentations and documented for professional assessment reports


• Experience across sectors


• European language skill set
