Why Be a Social Commerce Executive At THG

The Social Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing Myvitamins' presence on TikTok Shop. This role will involve creating engaging campaigns, managing product listings, analysing performance data, and collaborating with influencers to maximise brand visibility and sales on the platform.

As a Social Commerce Executive You’ll

TikTok Shop Management

• Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, competitive pricing, and attractive visuals.
• Regularly update inventory and ensure timely restocking of popular items.
• Handle the setup and execution of TikTok-exclusive promotions and campaigns.
  
  

Content & Campaign Strategy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create captivating content tailored to TikTok’s audience.
• Plan and execute live shopping events, ensuring seamless integration with the TikTok Shop platform.
• Work with influencers and content creators to boost product visibility and sales.
  
  

Performance Analysis

• Monitor and analyse sales performance and campaign ROI using TikTok Shop analytics tools.
• Identify trends, optimize product positioning, and recommend strategies for continuous growth.
  
  

Customer Engagement

• Engage with customers through comments, direct messages, and live events to enhance brand loyalty.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  
  

Compliance & Collaboration

• Ensure all campaigns and listings adhere to TikTok’s policies and guidelines.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to deliver seamless operations.
