YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Solution Architect, your primary focus will be working within a product design or development team to architect solutions for our clients. You will handle new or existing IT services that require innovative solutions and potentially radical transformations to meet customer expectations for digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

YOUR ROLE

Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions, mapping the underlying capabilities needed to build them.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure solutions meet required architecture standards, patterns, or blueprints.
- Technical Support: Provide necessary technical support to scrum teams and the product design team for solution development.
- Leadership: Offer clear leadership to work collaboratively with clients, proving both delivery approaches (customer-centric and agile) and technical solutions.
- Prototyping and Piloting: Demonstrate the value of new propositions and solutions through prototyping, technical feasibility assessments, and piloting.
- Cloud-Based Solutions: Implement MVPs or Spikes using cloud-based solutions to prove specific aspects of a solution's value to clients.
- Hands-On Experience: Collaborate effectively with UX and Service Designers and developers to design, implement, and support rapid iterative development.

YOUR PROFILE
Requirements
- Cloud Platform Experience: Must have experience delivering digital solutions on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Agile Environment: Comfortable working in an Agile environment, balancing time-to-value and iterative delivery with governance and control processes.
- Application Development: Experience and knowledge to quickly build and test applications, try out cloud-native services, and work alongside UX/UI or front-end developers to build prototypes without hesitation.
- Cloud Services Understanding: A good understanding of cloud services and solution components, including PaaS, SaaS, serverless computing, and microservice-based solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate on both business and technical levels, bringing solutions to life for a range of stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Ability to design end-to-end solutions that are cost-effective, increase digital footprint, improve transaction completion rates, understand user-centric design, and meet business KPIs and user satisfaction.
- Technology Trends: Understanding of current and future technology trends. Must have experience delivering digital applications or services in both DevOps and waterfall environments, and know the challenges of integrating old and new technologies.
- Leadership and Development: Ability to develop the next generation of digital architects through formal line management and informal mentoring, coaching, and learning development.
