We are currently recruiting for Operational Support Supervisor in the Aviation sector.
This is a part time position working 4 hours per day between 09:00 -17:00 or as directed by the Business.
Pay rate £14.50 per hour
This is a hybrid position working from the various airports as and when required. You must have a valid driving Licence and be able to commute on short notice.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years UK residency.
Due to licensing requirements, you must be over 18 to apply for this position.
A successful candidate will be vetted to aviation standards.
Your Time at Work
As an Operational Support Supervisor your duties will include:
- Supervise daily Operational tasks.
- Create and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across our airports functions for daily manhours.
- Manage Daily Rostering Levels and to ensure cost effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time.
- Act POC for workforce for operational / Administrative requirements
- Maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and assist with site visits.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
