Your mission

As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind complex, cross-functional projects to deliver the transformative AI applications of Peak to our global customers at UiPath. You'll orchestrate complex projects, turning them into smooth, successful deliveries while building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in project management will be crucial in strengthening communication, creating achievable project plans, and improving monitoring and reporting across the business. Your role will be crucial in standardizing processes, mitigating risks, and fostering innovation to support UiPath dynamic growth and technological advancement.


What you'll do at UiPath

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for multiple workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. 


  • Build and own detailed delivery plans, tracking progress against key milestones and building best practices within the teams that you'll collaborate with. 


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, becoming a trusted business partner across the organization. 


  • Drive standardization and adoption of best practices by developing and maintaining efficient processes. 


  • Design and deliver engaging training materials for the delivery team.


  • Manage and optimize project management tools used within the Professional Services.



What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a software company, consultancy or customer-facing environment, building processes from the ground up 


  • Proficiency with various project management tools and methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM, or experience in Agile development methodologies 


  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills across functions and cultures 


  • Experience guiding teams through technology transitions in AI-driven projects
