Location: Castlefield, Manchester (M3)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour, 3 days 22.5 hours. 9-5.30 Tues-Thurs

Start Date: ASAP

The Role

We are recruiting for a temporary HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator who enjoys managing processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting employees across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
• Updating HR systems and personnel files
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing HR documentation, letters and contracts
• Assisting with absence, holiday and training records
• Managing HR inbox enquiries and responding where appropriate
• Scheduling meetings, interviews and employee reviews
• Filing, scanning and document management
• General administrative duties to support the wider business

Requirements

• Previous administration experience (HR administration desirable but not essential)
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
• Able to work independently and manage a busy workload

Ideal Candidate

• Previous HR or personnel administration experience
• Experience working in a professional office environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced business
• Proactive and able to pick up new systems quickly
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
