Employee Benefits Consulting Leader - #2188603

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits professional with strong leadership capability to join a growing business and play a key role in driving performance, developing talent and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice and service across healthcare and risk benefit arrangements.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the wider business, you will help drive commercial growth, maintain high regulatory standards and create a positive, high-performing team culture.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Employee Benefits Consultants
• Drive revenue growth and support the achievement of business objectives
• Set performance targets and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Monitor team performance and ensure excellent client service standards
• Support consultants with complex client challenges and strategic opportunities
• Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across client management, sales and consulting functions
• Ensure adherence to FCA and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment

We're keen to speak with individuals who possess:

• Strong experience within Employee Benefits, Healthcare or Risk Benefits
• Previous leadership, team management or mentoring experience
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and industry best practice
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
