Podcast & Social Media Content Creator - #2188899
CT Clinic UK
Graduate Podcast & Social Media Content Creator
CT Clinic, Manchester | Full-time
You have the skills and ideas. Now you want the opportunity to show what you can do.
CT Clinic is looking for an ambitious graduate ready to take ownership of our podcast and social media production—and build something they can be proud to put their name to.
You’ll work directly with a chronic pain specialist with 25 years’ clinical experience, turning specialist knowledge, real patient stories and practical education into compelling visual content. There is a rich source of material to explore, with the potential to reach people who have spent years trying to understand their pain.
We’re looking for someone who sees the possibilities: how to bring a story to life, make an explanation clear, and create videos that people want to watch and share.
You’ll have space to contribute your ideas, develop a recognisable style and demonstrate your capabilities. Your creative contribution will be visible in the work you produce and the portfolio you build.
As the clinic and podcast grow, there is scope to grow with them, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career.
What you’ll do
- Set up and film podcasts, educational videos and patient interviews, including lighting and sound.
- Edit full podcast episodes and turn them into strong, self-contained reels.
- Create subtitles, thumbnails, titles and captions.
- Manage our agreed social media channels and publishing schedule.
- Bring creative ideas and review what connects with our audience.
- Keep footage organised and handle patient content respectfully and confidentially.
Who we’re looking for
A recent graduate with a qualification in media production, filmmaking, digital media, digital marketing or a related subject, supported by practical filming and editing skills.
You don’t need years of professional experience. University projects, personal productions and placements can demonstrate your potential. We want to see a strong foundation, creative thinking and the determination to keep improving.
You should have:
- Creativity and the confidence to put forward your own ideas.
- Good filming and editing skills, with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Strong written English for captions, titles and subtitles.
- High standards and attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic, reliable deadlines and pride in finishing work properly.
- The independence to plan, solve problems and move projects forward.
- Curiosity to learn new techniques and develop your craft.
- Ambition to grow with the clinic and take responsibility for its media production.
You’ll lead the creative production, with clinical knowledge and accuracy supported by the practitioner.
Location
Filming takes place at CT Clinic in Manchester, so you must be able to attend in person. The role is expected to become clinic-based as we expand.
Salary
£25,000–£27,000 per year, depending on skills and portfolio.
