Delivery Consultant
Location: Manchester (With occasional travel to Leeds)

The Role
You’ll focus on the delivery side of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and managing high-quality tech talent across your market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and engaging top tech candidates
- Managing the full candidate journey
- Building strong talent networks and relationships
- Partnering with consultants on live roles
- Delivering an excellent candidate experience
About You
- 2 years in IT agency recruitment delivery / resourcing / candidate management
- 2 years + Tech recruitment exposure
- Strong communicator with a relationship-led approach
- Organised, proactive and commercially driven
- A genuine self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Able to commute to the Manchester office
