Position: Lead Project Delivery Manager

Location: Manchester (1 day per week)

Salary: £90k to £100k base plus bonus

As they continue to scale, we're looking for an exceptional Lead Project Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex, customer-facing software implementations and ensure their technology delivers real commercial value.

Role & responsibilities

A key hire for the business, you'll be the driving force behind the end-to-end technical delivery of cutting-edge SaaS products into external customers, taking complete ownership from initial kick-off through to successful go-live, adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Sitting at the intersection of customers, product, engineering and commercial teams, you'll ensure complex software implementations land seamlessly, at speed and with maximum impact, whilst acting as the single point of accountability for delivery, navigating technical complexity, managing stakeholders and making things happen.

In summary, you will:

• Own end-to-end delivery: Lead complex SaaS implementations from discovery and kick-off through configuration, integration, testing, go-live and adoption.
• Be the customer champion: Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and ensuring the software delivers against expectations.
• Drive technical delivery: Work closely with engineering, product and third-party teams to coordinate integrations, resolve technical challenges and remove delivery blockers.
• Deliver at pace: Thrive in an environment where product releases happen rapidly, priorities evolve and speed of execution is a genuine competitive advantage.
• Turn implementations into success stories: Ensure customers aren't simply live on the platform, but actively adopting it, realising value and becoming advocates.
• Embrace AI-first working: Leverage AI, automation and modern delivery tools to improve efficiency, accelerate implementations and continuously challenge traditional ways of working.
• Own the outcomes: Take accountability for delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, customer satisfaction and successful implementation.

• Strong technical understanding of software integrations, APIs, data flows and modern cloud-based platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical delivery with measurable customer value.
