Third Party Property Damage (TPPD) Adjuster - #2186250

Our client, an independent loss adjusting practice working for insurers, MGAs and brokers, is looking for a TPPD Adjuster to join their Casualty team. You’ll handle third party property damage and consequential loss claims arising under public and products liability policies.

The role would suit an adjuster or claims handler with strong TPPD experience, whether that’s gained on the desk or in the field. Location is flexible and the team supports progression across the wider casualty book.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of TPPD and consequential loss claims under PL and Products policies
• Investigate the cause of loss and establish legal liability
• Validate and negotiate quantum, including business interruption and consequential losses
• Set accurate reserves and report to insurers in line with SLAs
• Liaise with policyholders, claimants, brokers, solicitors and experts
• Identify contribution and recovery opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have hands-on experience of property damage liability claims and a confident, commercial approach to quantum.

• Experience handling TPPD or casualty property damage claims
• Sound understanding of negligence, nuisance and contractual liability
• Comfortable assessing and negotiating quantum
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Working towards or holding Cert CII, ACII or CILA qualifications
