Working closely with the HR Admin Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations, improving processes and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

The Role

You will lead and support a team of HR Advisors, Assistants and Administrators, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the HR Administration team, providing guidance and identifying training needs.

  • Monitoring workloads and allocating resources effectively to maintain service levels and meet deadlines.
  • Taking ownership of key annual HR processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

  • Supporting payroll processes and ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved.
  • Reviewing processes, carrying out audits and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Deputising for the HR Admin Manager, providing operational leadership and making decisions when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience managing, leading or supervising an HR administration team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience monitoring team performance, maintaining quality standards and working to SLAs.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to make decisions, resolve complex queries and act as an escalation point.
  • Experience within professional services would be advantageous.

The Opportunity

You will be joining an established HR Operations function of over 30 people, with responsibility for supporting the organisation's global workforce.

The HR Administration team consists of Advisors, Assistants and Administrators, offering the opportunity to lead an experienced team while helping shape the future delivery of HR services.

With ambitious growth plans over the next five years, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, develop your leadership experience and contribute to the continued improvement of a busy HR function.
