Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary + pension, life assurance, private healthcare, free onsite parking at our office

Can you turn complex science into content people actually want to read, watch and engage with?

We’re looking for a Content & Community Manager who can do exactly that.

This is a role for someone who loves creating — whether that’s a powerful customer story, a standout product launch, an engaging webinar, a thought-leadership piece or social content that gets people talking.

You’ll sit at the heart of our Commercial Marketing team, taking scientific, product and customer insights and transforming them into compelling content that educates our audiences, strengthens our communities and supports commercial growth.

What will you get your hands on?

Plenty.

One day you might be shaping the story behind a new product launch. The next, you could be interviewing a customer or KOL, developing a webinar, creating a campaign, writing a thought-leadership article or building content for our customer and distributor communities.

You’ll create content across multiple formats and channels, including campaigns, product launches, customer stories, case studies, webinars, social media, PR, sales materials, educational content and community programmes.

You’ll also help us:

  • Bring new products to market with engaging launch content and campaigns
  • Tell authentic customer stories and turn real-world experiences into powerful content
  • Build communities that encourage conversation, education and advocacy
  • Develop webinars and educational programmes with customers, experts and KOLs
  • Create content that gives our Sales and distributor teams the tools they need to succeed
  • Turn complex scientific and technical information into content that is clear, accessible and relevant
  • Keep our content programme moving through strong planning, organisation and collaboration.

Who are we looking for?

First and foremost, you’ll be a storyteller.

You’ll know how to find the interesting angle, understand your audience and turn technical information into something people want to engage with — without losing the accuracy that matters in a scientific and regulated environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong professional writing, editing and content-production experience, alongside experience within diagnostics, genomics, life sciences, biotechnology or healthcare.

You’ll also have experience creating content for regulated products or markets and a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences or a related field.

You won’t be creating in isolation.

You’ll work with people across Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing & Growth, Digital & AI, Sales, R&D, Technical Support, Regulatory Affairs and Quality, as well as customers, KOLs, speakers and external creative partners.

That means access to brilliant expertise, interesting stories and plenty of opportunities to create content that has a genuine purpose.

Sound like you?

If you’re someone who can combine scientific understanding with creativity, curiosity and exceptional storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Come and help us turn great science into stories that connect, educate and make an impact.

Closing date - Sunday 22nd November.
