Up to £37,000 per annum.

We are recruiting a Road Freight Quotations Coordinator to join an established international logistics business in Manchester.

The role will focus on handling customer enquiries, preparing competitive transport quotations and coordinating road freight shipments between the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing transport quotations.
• Processing bookings and arranging collections and deliveries.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and European transport teams.
• Monitoring shipments and providing delivery updates.
• Checking transport and customs documentation.
• Updating systems and assisting with invoicing.

About You:

• Experienced in road freight quotations (import & export) - Essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
