The Opportunity:

Our client, a leading and highly respected insurance broker, is seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join their successful Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial insurance claims professional looking to develop their career within a progressive and well-established brokerage.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance claims, working closely with clients, insurers and loss adjusters to ensure claims are handled efficiently and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial insurance claims from notification through to settlement.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert claims advice and support.
• Liaise and negotiate with insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders.
• Handle complex and high-value claims across various commercial insurance classes.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in commercial insurance claims, ideally within a brokerage environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance policies and claims procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
