We specialise in Data Infrastructure, AI Infrastructure and AI-Native Applications: the businesses everyone’s talking about, backed by the biggest VC and PE firms in the world.

We’re on a mission to hit £9.5m a year by 2030 and become the go-to partner in AI. We need hungry people to help us get there.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning your desk end to end, from winning new clients to placing top talent
• Building relationships with founders, hiring managers and senior candidates in the most exciting space in tech
• Running full 360 recruitment: BD, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and closing
• Becoming a genuine expert in your market, not just another recruiter
• Driving your own success, with full transparency on your numbers and progression

What we’re looking for

• Ambition and competitive drive: you want to earn and you want to win
• Confidence on the phone and the resilience to bounce back from a no
• Curiosity about tech, AI and startups (you don’t need to code, but you should care)
• Recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, not a must. Attitude beats CV.
• People who own their results and lift the team around them
