Who we’re looking for

We’re interested in established professionals who have:

• 5+ years’ professional experience and a strong track record of achievement.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine ambition to run their own business.
• Strong commercial awareness and a demonstrable ability to generate new business.
• Confidence in networking, prospecting and developing new relationships.
• The resilience and determination to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.
• A proactive approach to business development and consistently creating new opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust.
• The self-discipline and motivation to work autonomously and take ownership of their success.

You might already run your own business, work in recruitment, sales, property, professional services, accountancy, banking or another commercially focused profession.

Perhaps you’ve always wanted to be your own boss, are frustrated by the limitations of your current career or want to turn your commercial experience into something you can build and grow yourself.
