  • Communicate effectively with the Service Manager, support team and fellow engineers.
  • Maintain excellent health and safety standards on all sites.
  • Represent the business professionally and support strong customer relationships.
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and product expertise.

Skills & Experience

Candidates should ideally have:

  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Experience working independently in a mobile field service role.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative while following internal service processes.
  • Good health and safety awareness.
  • Computer literacy and confidence completing digital service reports.
  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Turbocor experience (particularly advantageous and may attract salary flexibility).
  • FGAS certification.
  • CITB Skills Card.
  • Controls knowledge.

The Person

You may currently be working as a Chiller Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or Service Technician within a commercial or industrial environment.

You will take pride in delivering high-quality engineering work, enjoy technical problem solving and be confident working independently. Professionalism, reliability and a strong customer focus are essential.

This is an opportunity to join a business where engineering quality is valued, internal support is strong and there is genuine scope for long-term career development.
