We're partnering with an established, highly regarded fashion and accessories supplier working with some of the UK's most exciting retail, lifestyle and performance brands.

They're looking for a talented Product Developer to join their creative team in Manchester and play a key role in bringing innovative, commercially successful collections from concept to production.

What you'll be doing

• Create & Develop: Bring seasonal collections to life, from initial concepts and design briefs through sampling to bulk production.
• Collaborate: Work directly with leading UK brands and retailers, helping shape exciting new product ranges.
• Source & Innovate: Explore new fabrics, trims, branding techniques and product opportunities.
• Own the Process: Manage critical paths, overseas factory relationships, sampling and production approvals.
• Think Commercially: Balance creativity, quality, sustainability and target costs to deliver products that work in the real world.
• Spot What's Next: Stay ahead of emerging trends and help inspire future collections.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience in fashion product development.
• Accessories experience would be fantastic, but we're equally interested in strong candidates from apparel, footwear or related fashion categories.
• Proven experience developing products directly with overseas factories.
• Strong understanding of sampling, manufacturing processes, costing and critical paths.
