Hazaar is a fast growing student fashion community connecting students with the brands they love.

We reach millions of 18-25 year olds through social first content, student creators and campus experiences, working with brands including Urban Outfitters, Hollister and Jaded London.

We're a small, ambitious team with big plans and we're looking for a Social Media Executive to join our social media team.

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Someone who's constantly saving content ideas, spotting trends before they take off and thinking about what makes people stop scrolling.

You'll play a hands-on role in creating content for Hazaar and our brand partners, from coming up with ideas to filming, editing and posting.

Creativity is everything in this role. We want someone with a great eye for content, strong creative instincts and a genuine understanding of what performs on social media.

Our focus is organic social growth, so we're looking for someone who knows how to create content that people want to watch, share and engage with.

• Content ideation: Coming up with original, engaging ideas for Hazaar and our brand partners.
• Content creation: Taking ideas from concept to execution, including storyboarding, filming and editing short-form video.
• Trend spotting: Staying ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds and formats, and knowing how to make them relevant to our audience.
• Organic growth: Helping grow Hazaar's social presence and build an engaged student community.
• Brand campaigns: Creating content for leading fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Creative collaboration: Working with the wider team to develop ideas, review performance and continuously improve our content.

Above all, someone who genuinely loves social media and wants to build a career in it.

You'll be:

• Highly creative, with a strong visual eye and original ideas.
• A confident content creator, skilled in filming and editing engaging short-form video.
• Social media obsessed, with a great understanding of TikTok, Instagram and what's performing right now.
• Audience-focused, with an instinct for what 18–25-year-olds want to watch and share.
• Proactive and ambitious, excited to take ownership, experiment and develop your skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.

Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar is important.

We're more interested in your creativity, content skills and understanding of social media than a particular degree or career background.
