Build Search is working behalf of a key client of ours, who are one of the UK's leading Main Contractors and whose business unit in the North West, are tendering and building a multitude of Nuclear facilities across the North West. Working alongside their business leader in the region, Build Search have been assigned to identify and recruit a new 'SHE Manager' to join the NW team.
We are looking for a SHE Manager who is used to working within a highly regulated environment, perhaps working within one of the following sectors: (Petro-Chem/Oil, Nuclear, Energy (National Grid Works or Rail.
As SHE Manager, you will be engaged early into the tendering & pre-construction activities on some incredible new facilities in the region and being part of the early engagement strategies before our client go to site and deliver construction works.
Reports into a Head of Safety, Health & Environment with a key interface with the Operations Director.
Ideal Candidate?
- Someone who has a real personal safety belief that runs further than just a workplace safety mentality. We are looking for an individual who has a genuine belief in delivering a safe culture.
- Has operated in a highly regulated Environment
- Construction Sector experience
- Working in a similar role
- NEBOSH Qualified ideally

DOE - Salary range from £55,000 to £73,000
+ Car or Allowance + Bonuses Etc.
