Are you an Estimator or similar from a mechanical background looking to join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, where you will be the go-to person and the face of the company for client visits, presenting invoices, and closing orders?

This company are a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor, who work for a number of world leading organizations such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team, high security government buildings, and a range of grade 3 listed buildings across the UK.

In this role you will be responsible for meeting clients, discussing the requirements, receiving quotes, and closing orders. You will also be responsible for receiving design solutions, selecting the equipment for the roles, and estimating all costs. The company provide you a generous car allowance, ensuring that you have the best image when carrying out client visits.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar from a mechanical background who is looking to join a specialist HVAC and mechanical building services contractor where you will be the go-to person and face of the company when dealing with clients on state of the art projects such as the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team.

The Role:

• Meeting with clients, discussing requirements, presenting the invoice, and closing the order
• Receiving design solutions, selecting equipment, doing full cost ups
• Site travel up to 5 times a week
• Go-to person
• Face of the company for client meetings

The Person:

• Estimator from a mechanical background
• Looking to progress career to director level
• Commutable to Manchester
