Internal Account Manager - #2174176

At Clothes2Order we print and embroider custom clothing for businesses of all sizes, handling thousands of orders every day from our site in Trafford Park. We're growing our sales team and looking for an Internal Account Manager who loves building relationships, growing accounts and getting a result.

What you'll be doing

•      Turning inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers

•      Looking after your own portfolio of accounts, growing them over time by understanding their needs and introducing them to more of what we offer

•      Prospecting for new business and bringing dormant accounts back to life

•      Making the most of every opportunity, for both sales value and profit

•      Finding smart solutions when a customer comes to us with something tricky

•      Working closely with our production and service teams so every order lands smoothly

•      Keeping our CRM up to date

•      Working to monthly sales and margin targets

What we're looking for

•      Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally on the phone

•      Account management or B2B customer service experience would be a real plus

•      Proficient in Microsoft Office packages

•      Great communication and relationship skills

•      Organised, detail-focused and genuinely willing to go the extra mile for your customers

•      A degree would be great, but we're just as interested in people who've proved themselves in sales or customer service
