Senior Architectural Technologist - #2172061

What's on offer?

• Highly secure Government Justice Framework projects across the UK = working on new build, refurbishments and change of use projects, pushing your design capability in new and interesting directions.
• Responsibility and challenge from day 1 - you'll be in a project leadership position, taking responsibility for your own work, own team and own client representatives.
• New projects across education, residential, retail, commercial and much more.
• Merged with a well known property consultancy - opening new avenues to projects, clients and expansion.
• Competitive salary - up to £48,000 for the right person.

What do we need?

• You need to be an independent job runner - there is a lot to do and not a lot of hand-holding on offer. This would suit a Senior Technologist with demonstrable experience of taking projects from start to finish.
• Ideally you will have commercial project experience in the UK, but all backgrounds will be considered.
• Revit experience is a must, and experience working in a BIM ISO19650 environment.
