The Opportunity

An established, internationally recognised property and construction consultancy is looking to strengthen its Manchester Building Surveying team with the appointment of a Senior Building Surveyor.

This is an opportunity for an experienced surveyor to develop their career within a collaborative consultancy environment, working alongside established professionals and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join the Built Asset Consultancy team, supporting the delivery of professional building surveying services across a varied portfolio of instructions.

The position offers exposure to a broad range of consultancy work, with opportunities to develop technical expertise, build client relationships and progress professionally.

About You

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Experience working within a building surveying consultancy environment.
• Strong technical building surveying knowledge.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering surveying instructions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience operating at Senior Building Surveyor level or readiness to progress into a senior position.
