We are urgently seeking a customer-centric, empathetic, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing support division on a fully remote basis. This is an entry-level career opportunity with no previous customer service experience required, as full, comprehensive paid training will be provided to the successful candidate. A company laptop and standard home-office equipment will also be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries promptly via phone, live chat, and professional email templates.
• Troubleshooting customer account issues, identifying root causes, and delivering friendly, effective solutions.
• Maintaining accurate logging notes for all customer interactions within our internal CRM database.
• Collaborating with technical and logistics teams to escalate complex customer inquiries when necessary.
• Achieving standard performance metrics related to response time and high customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy and a familiar acquaintance with modern web browsers and communication tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with excellent active listening ability.
• Reliable, organized, and capable of managing daily support shift rotas independently from home.
• A quiet, distraction-free home working space with a stable and secure internet connection.
• Must be currently living and legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
