The Opportunity...

As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you'll build relationships with businesses across exciting sectors, including technology, pharmaceuticals, automotive, engineering, robotics and aerospace.

You'll connect with senior decision-makers, identify commercial opportunities and arrange meetings with prospective clients.

Unlike traditional sales roles that are heavily phone-based, around 70% of client meetings are preferred face to face. You'll get out to meet businesses, build your network and learn how to win clients alongside experienced Business Development Managers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building relationships with prospective clients
• Connecting with CFOs, Managing Directors and other decision-makers
• Arranging and attending face-to-face meetings
• Identifying commercial opportunities across different industries
• Learning how to win business and develop your sales skills
• Working towards targets and earning commission
