£42,385 - £44,615 per annum, plus London Weighting where applicable

Location: Hybrid working, based out of any WEA office

About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Contract Delivery Partner to provide expert financial support and insight across our Contract & Relationship teams.

In this role, you'll act as a trusted partner, helping contract managers understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and make informed decisions. Through building strong relationships, delivering meaningful financial reporting, and ensuring accurate contract accounting, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial sustainability and success of the organisation.

You'll bring:

• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Experience of contract, project, or management accounting
• The ability to identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
