Real Estate Litigation Lawyer | Leading International Law Firm | Manchester

LHH are working with a leading international law firm looking for a Real Estate Litigation lawyer to join its Manchester office. This is a chance to work on complex, high-value property disputes alongside a respected national and international real estate practice.

The role

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, such as landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations and development or title disputes
• Act for a high-quality client base, including investors, developers, retailers and occupiers
• Work closely with the wider real estate, corporate and finance teams on cross-department matters
• Build your profile through client contact, business development and involvement in the firm’s market-leading work
• Develop and supervise junior team members where appropriate

About you

• 2+ years’ PQE in real estate litigation or commercial property disputes, gained in a leading firm
• Strong technical ability, with experience of running matters with a degree of autonomy
• Commercial, client-focused and comfortable in a collaborative team
• A genuine interest in progressing your career within a growing practice
