We're working with a growing marketing agency in Manchester city centre looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their Paid Media offering.

This is a strategy-focused position, managing campaigns across Paid Social (mainly) & some Paid Search with a strong emphasis on client relationships, campaign performance and wider commercial growth.

You'll have plenty of autonomy, working closely with clients to develop effective strategies while helping shape the future direction of the agency's Paid Media function.

The Role:

• Develop and deliver Paid Media strategies across Paid Social & some Paid Search
• Oversee campaign performance, optimisation and budgets across a portfolio of clients
• Build strong client relationships, presenting strategies, results and recommendations
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversions and ROI
• Collaborate with wider teams to improve campaign performance and creative strategy
• Help shape and grow the Paid Media offering, with the opportunity to eventually lead your own department

Your Profile:

You'll ideally have previous experience working within a marketing agency, managing Paid Media campaigns across multiple client accounts. Full-funnel Paid Media management & strategy are important for this role. You'll be a confident communicator, happy to consult clients on paid media strategy to help deliver tangible results.

Above all, you'll be ambitious, commercially minded and interested in progressing into a leadership position as the agency continues to grow.
