£65,000 – £80,000 DOE

An exceptional Top 200 UK Law Firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established Manchester team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad range of complex property disputes for national and international clients, within a highly regarded firm that places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, employee wellbeing and professional development.

The role will involve:

• Advising on commercial property disputes and mixed-use developments
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including rent arrears, break notices, forfeiture and lease renewals
• Managing service charge disputes and dilapidations claims
• Advising on matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Handling disputes involving insolvency, breach of contract and professional negligence
• Advising on possession of land claims, trespass and unlawful occupation
• Dealing with party wall disputes, overage disputes and property repossessions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of national and international clients
