We're interested in speaking with recruiters who have 1+ years' agency recruitment experience, particularly from professional services, legal, property, finance or other specialist markets. What matters most is commercial instinct, relationship-building ability and the drive to develop a successful desk.

Opportunities Available:

USA Private Practice

• As our USA business continues to grow, we're looking for experienced recruiters to join our successful USA Private Practice team.
• You'll focus exclusively on the US law firm market, building relationships with high-calibre legal professionals and some of the most respected firms in the USA.

USA In-House

• A unique opportunity to help grow a developing desk focused on placing lawyers into in-house legal teams across the United States.
• This is an exciting market with significant scope for business development and desk ownership, making it ideal for recruiters who enjoy creating opportunities, building relationships and shaping their own success.

North West

• Join one of the most established areas of our business, working within a highly active market supported by long-standing client relationships and a strong reputation.
• Perfect for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing volume and want access to excellent earning potential.

London Private Practice

• Work with leading law firms across London, partnering with firms on strategic hiring needs and helping lawyers navigate important career decisions.
• A consultative desk with strong market credibility and opportunities to build lasting client and candidate relationships.
