The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will win new business and manage / develop existing accounts across your territory. You will engage Key Opinion Leaders such as TVN's, Infection Control Nurse, Manual Handling, Facilities Managers, Procurement, Department Heads in hospitals and deliver product presentations on wards. With a consultative sales approach, selling a range of equipment such as chairs, commodes, drip stands and proctogram chairs. You will also manage a CRM-led pipeline and forecast, and report on competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements

• Candidates will ideally have experience selling to the NHS, ideally hospitals
• Experience selling to Tissue Viability Nurses, Infection Control, Estates and Facilities will enhance your application
• Physios or PTs seeking a new challenge also considered
• Comfortable communicating at a clinical level and quick to build relationships
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package

• £40,000–£50,000 basic, depending on experience
• £20,000+ OTE
